A haven for relaxation, this 8,300 sq. ft. summer retreat on Cape Cod brings the tranquility from its surrounding harbor views inside. Cedar, taper sawn, rift white oak, and other materials organic to the site were utilized to preserve the “outside-in” concept, and the exterior’s color will transform over time to match the natural landscape. Notable amenities of this residence include serene custom millwork and a hidden, third floor bunk room resembling an antique attic.
