Sampson’s Retreat

The site selected for the construction of this brand new, gambrel-style estate overlooks Sampson’s Island in Cotuit. Distinctive custom features include flooring with dark stain hues throughout the entire home, rift and quartered white oak casework, and millwork, as well as a completely tailor-made kitchen area equipped with a built-in wine rack.
