This newly built summer retreat rises gracefully atop a bluff in Chatham, offering uninterrupted views of the harbor. Designed by Dewing Schmid Kearns Architects & Planners in collaboration with C.H. Newton Builders, the coastal-style shingled home subtly evokes nautical inspiration throughout its architecture and interiors, thoughtfully appointed by Kristin Paton. Custom millwork, built-ins, and refined architectural detailing frame the vistas at every turn, while a subdued maritime palette complements the seafront setting. Meticulous site planning and strategic orientation ensure that each living space captures the natural light, harbor breezes, and sweeping panoramas.
